Pick Up and Drop Off

• Departure time will be decided based on the guest's itinerary.
• For round trip hotel transfers, please fill in the full address of your hotel in Seoul city at checkout.
• Please wait at the pick up location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
• Please note: Airport Transfer service is an add-on service and would be included in 10 hours (The service time starts from the moment of pick-up, not a transfer with extra time). You must book the‘Private Charter’ package together with the add-on item.
• Airport transfer service is ONLY available with Seoul City Chartered Tour on the same date and you might have to change the package due to the number of luggage.
• Please make your reservation based on the actual number of passengers; If you are carrying any luggage other than handbags, one more item of luggage can be kept for every less person onboard. A stroller or wheelchair is counted as one piece of luggage. Please reserve a larger car if you have a lot of stuff and luggage.
• The driver won't enter the attractions with you and no guide service is available.
• We accept one pick-up point only. If starting from different points, please book separately.
• Our CS will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, email, etc. 3-5 days before the trip date (Line/WeChat users, please make sure your ID is set to public) to get confirmation with CS and the driving guide.
• Please be sure to indicate the exact number of passenger and luggage on the payment page. Please understand that the supplier will not be held liable if the vehicle capacity does not match on the day due to incorrect information being entered while booking.
• Please add airport transfers to those who pick up or drop off at hotels near the airport, Incheon area (Yeongjongdo etc.). If the pick-up or drop-off time (flight time) exceeds the service time of8:00AM-10:00PM, additional service fees will be charged.
• The service time must be computed depending on the driver's departure time from Seoul for pick-ups outside of Seoul. If you need to drop off in a location other than Seoul, the service time must include the driver's return to Seoul.

Vehicle Rental

• Available from Monday to Sunday, 08:00~22:00 (Outside Service Hours Surcharge: 50000KRWper hour )

Surcharge table

• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• Overtime charges KRW 25,000 per hour (Group of 11-14 charged KRW 50,000 per hour)
• Long-distance or cross areas ( total driving distance between 250km to 350km) extra charge will be KRW150,000. If the total driving distance is over 350km, extra charge will be added on : KRW150,000/ 350km and KRW50,000 per every 50km.
• The service hour includes the driver back to Seoul, if you would like to get off anywhere out of Seoul, please notice the overtime charge would still be calculated as well.
